LOGO DESIGN PROCESS :



Step 1: Choose Package/Complete Creative Brief

A.  Review the logo design packages we offer and choose the package that best fits your needs. . (If you
     require consultation, please do not  hesitate to emails us or call us at +966 1 465 3524 (Sat-Wed 8:00
     AM to 6:00 PM +3 GMT)
B.  Once you have selected a logo design package, please click the “Order Now”or “Buy Now”  button.
C.  You will be redirected to our secure order page to provide us with the following:
  • Company and Contact Information
  • secure payment information
D.  After you complete your order (either online or via the phone) you will receive two confirmation e-mails: 
     a receipt and a confirmation email, which includes an ID, password, and design process. Please save
     and print both of these emails.
E.  If you have not completed your logo design creative brief, you can log in to your customer panel and
     complete your brief, upload photos/sketches, and provide additional information that may help our
     designers.
 
Step 2: Receive 1st Draft/Provide Feedback
A.  Your first draft of logo samples will arrive within the time frame specified in the package you ordered
     (usually 4-6 business days, or faster if you ordered the expedited package for only $120 more).
B.  The number of logo concepts our designers create for you will be dependent on the logo design
     package you ordered (between 1 and 10). You will be provided with a login or via email so you can
     review and critique your first draft.
C.  Review the designs and choose 1 or 2 concepts that appeal to you and provide us with any changes
     you would like to see. You may combine concepts, or make changes to such aspects as color, layout,
     graphic, font and the text.
 
Step 3: Receive 2nd Draft/Revisions/Provide Feedback
A.  Your next draft of logos will come within 2-5 business days, depending on which package you chose,
     the complexity of the design, and if you opted for our expedited service. If you do not like your logo, do
     not panic! It is a creative process and we are dedicated to getting you the logo that you desire. You
     can provide feedback on this set of concepts based on color, layout, graphic changes, and font and
     text changes. May provide your notes in your client panel or call our Bright Solutions Support Team at

B.  Our design team will fine tune the logo based on your recommendations and what looks professional.
 
Step 4: Receive Final Draft/Finalize
Once all changes meet your expectations you need to approve the final design,.
 
Step 5: Receive Final Files
A.  After you “finalize” your logo we will send you an e-mail with various graphic formats of your logo
     within 48 hours (PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, GIF and more).
B.  Bright Solutions releases the rights to you so that you may trademark your design. We do request
     the right to utilize your logo design in our portfolio unless you notify us otherwise.
C.  After your logo is completed, we will begin designing your stationery, brochure, website, flash
     logo, or any other design that you have purchased
 
 

WEB DESIGN PROCESS

E.  If you have not completed your web design creative brief, you can log in to your customer panel and
     complete your brief, upload photos/sketches, and provide additional information that may help our
     designers.
Along with your completed creative brief, we will also require your logo in vector format (Adobe Illustrator or EPS formats are perfect) before we can get started on your web site design. Your custom web site design will be highly influenced by your logo’s style and color scheme. If Bright Solutions did not create your logo, you can simply upload your logo file via your client panel after you have completed your creative brief.
Please note: Bright Solutions does not write or provide content for your website. The sooner we receive your finalized content/copy, the faster we can complete your project.
 
Step Two: Receive Web Design Concept/Template & Provide Revisions
Upon receipt of your creative brief and photos, our design team will develop your first custom web design concept/template. Your template is the “look and feel” that will apply to your whole website. Once we have designed the first customized template, we will require you to review and approve a draft. Please provide feedback on colors, navigation, and any other details that you would like revised. You may provide your notes in your client panel or call our Bright Solutions Support Team at +966 1 465 3524 (Sat-Wed 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT+3) or e-mail our support team at WebSupport@brightsolutions-sa.com.
 
Step Three: Finalize Template/Provide Content
After we have re-designed your template per your design specifications, we will upload the 2nd draft to your client panel for your review. If all of your requested changes have been made per your specifications, you can finalize the template draft. At this stage, we will require content/copy and photos for the rest of your website so that it can be integrated into your template.
 
Step Four: Review Website/Provide Revisions
Once the template for the home page has been finalized, the web designers convert the image to HTML, create the inner pages based on the content that you have sent, and send you the first draft of the web site. Again, you can finalize the draft at this point or ask for any revisions that you may require to the content/copy. This process will continue until you finalize the web design. Our packages include a set number of free revisions.
 
Step Five: Finalize Web Site/Launch!
Once the revisions have been completed, and after your final approval of the entire site, BSC can either upload your website to your hosting server, or e-mail your web site files to you.

E-Commerce design process:

Please note that the process is similar to the website design process however the time required to receive your first template will be about 10-15 work days. Other changes will take between 5-10 work days.
